Looking for somewhere unique, beautiful and relaxed for your big day? Are you dreaming of a festival style wedding weekend? Look no further....
A tipi wedding at Conygree is based on a four day hire period. We are not a quick turnaround wedding factory! You would have access to the site from Thursday afternoon through to Sunday to dress the venue, make it your own and party. Maybe have relaxed pre-drinks with close family on Friday evening? No rush to take things away on Saturday night. Gather on Sunday morning for breakfast?
We offer you a stunning location with lots of space to party and chill. Our tipis sit in one of our wildflower meadows full of colour and you can enjoy our blossom tree circle - a perfect place for an informal ceremony and a cuddle by our massive fire pit.
We only do 6 – 8 weddings a year so each event is special.
Our standard tipi venue 'dry hire' price includes:

3 x 10.2m linked Giant Hat Kata tipis with clear front wall/doors (to seat 100 (ideal) or 145 (max) or 200 standing)

1 x 6m2 catering tent and 1 x 6m2 bar tent linked to the tipis

Coir type poly matting throughout

14 x rustic wooden round tables (5'6'' - ideally seating 8)

100 x dark oak cross back chairs with linen seat pads

Dance floor

Disco lights and smoke machine

Small PA and speakers (suitable for background music)

Extra rectangular tables (with table cloths) for buffet food, cakes, welcome drinks etc.

Outdoor picnic benches and rustic tables for around 70 people

Our support with event planning, set up, car parking and help on the day

Our support with tidy up and take down after the event

A fully equipped and well stocked front and back bar, glassware, and staff as required to match the size of the event
Fancy a formal wedding breakfast, a BBQ feast or something more informal? You are free to choose a caterer (as long your plans meet our sustainable food ethos) but if you need help we have a good list of event chefs and food trucks that we have worked with and can recommend.
We have a great bar and bar team on site. If you have more than 50 guests paying for drinks then the service is usually free. We can serve your free drinks on arrival but corkage charges may apply if you want lots of free drinks on tables etc. Be reassured…we are not one of those venues that will fleece you or hold you to an expensive in-house wine list!
Most clients may also need a few extra things (which we may have available for hire or we can help you sort) such as:

A dance floor, stage, extra lighting and a PA system (depending on your entertainment choice)

Additional bar and chill out furniture/soft furnishings

Flowers and other decorations

Glasses and crockery for the wedding breakfast (your chosen caterer would probably bring these)

Extra staff to serve, clean glasses, clear tables etc (although the caterers and bar team should normally do this)

Wedding insurance.
Our season runs from mid May to mid September each year.
